Learn a nature-based approach to leadership, based on observing horses and other herd animals, that transforms aggression, builds trust, empowers people, and inspires them to work together for a better future.
Horses know a lot about living and working together, and few people know more about horses than Linda. Join her as she shares practical tools and compelling insights from her many years of working with horses and other herd animals, offering a unique approach to leadership and valuable techniques you can use to navigate changing social and economic climates. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, manager, executive, or coach or work in a non-profit, social service, or political or community-based organization, you’ll learn innovative skills for handling conflict and for motivating and empowering others.
Drawing on ancient wisdom, you’ll learn about the five roles that traditional herding tribes use to socialize powerful animals into a mutually supportive, interspecies culture: Leader, Dominant, Sentinel, Nurturer/Companion, and Predator. “It’s amazing what you can accomplish in your personal and professional life if you understand these roles,” Linda says. Discover for yourself, and access your untapped potential.
