Nada Brahma Coming in November

Two partial scholarships have been made available to this unique offering from Linda, her two-time Grammy nominated husband Steve Roach, and visionary musician and dancer, recording artist, and healing arts practitioner, Serena Gabriel. Nada Brahma will take place November 9th through 12th in beautiful Amado, AZ.

“The founders of Nelda Studios, producers of my online courses, are real fans of the horse-facilitated work,” Linda says. “I’m so pleased they are funding assistance for some in-person workshops as well. Nada Brahma explores the transformative power of sound and music, silence, sacred sonic space, and beyond.”

See the workshop description below. If you would like to receive one of the partial scholarships, please contact info@eponaquest.com and offer a short description of why you would like to attend this workshop and why a partial tuition scholarship would be helpful to you. Nada Brahma: The Universe is Sound

Exploring Sound and Music for Creative Expression, Healing, and Transformation

November 9, 2023 – November 12, 2023

Facilitated By: Linda Kohanov, Steve Roach, & Serena Gabriel

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day

Location: Eponaquest Worldwide – Amado, AZ

Cost: $1800 (includes lunch and workshop materials)

8 participants will join us for this magical 4-day workshop exploring the transformative power of sound and music, silence, sacred sonic space, and beyond. This compelling adventure is open to anyone with the thirst to tap deeper into the essence of our sonic birthright, embracing sound, music, and silence as a daily tool for well-being and enhancing our personal creative pathways.

We will explore spontaneous music making, extended live journey concerts, mantras, and sacred chants.

Bringing all of this together at points along the way will be integrative horse experiences that exercise mindfulness, deep peace, nonverbal communication, and a spirituality that allows people to fluidly move between a grounded, earthy existence and other worlds of creativity and possibility.

No previous horse experience or musical experience is necessary, only a desire to expand your horizons, access untapped talent and potential, and, perhaps most importantly, enjoy life more fully.

Intention: In this workshop, you will discover and practice ways to

  • Facilitate creative expression in all aspects of your work and life
  • Deepen and expand the connection to sound and music as a daily essential experience
  • Create sonic sacred space together
  • Connect to the inner wisdom/inner teacher through sound
  • Explore the process of creating sacred and ambient music at home, regardless of experience
  • Learn about ancient wisdom traditions that use music for healing and transformation
  • Immerse yourself in the expanded awareness and deep peace that horses experience naturally
  • Access “interpersonal mindfulness,” a rarefied state that allows you to collaborate with others more deeply and effectively

Peak audience: People wanting to activate and open up to the direct experience of sound, music, and stillness, individually and in groups where everyone is heard, respected, and uplifted. This is about opening your personal creative currents regardless of skill level or former experience with sound or music. It’s about stepping into the vast potential of sound and music, activating, inspiring, and infusing the mythic imagination.

While the facilitators have a variety of techniques, perspectives, and activities to share, Steve, Serena and Linda will shape the workshop offerings based on how individual and group needs, interests and talents unfold and coalesce throughout this four-day journey.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the event start date results in a credit of one-half the workshop tuition. There is no tuition credit for a cancellation 30 days or less before the event start date.
