Spaces Available in Spring and Summer Workshops

There are still a few spaces available in our specially priced Epona Apprenticeship 2-day workshops that will take place at Epona at Eagle Way in Amado, AZ on April 24-25, 2012 and April 27-28, 2012. These 2-day introductory workshops are facilitated by Epona Apprentices and overseen by Linda Kohanov and Epona Approved Instructors. From May 2-7, 2012 the Epona Advanced Study Experience (EASE): Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose Through the Way of the Horse programs first week will take place. This two-part advanced intensive program is an in-depth exploration of the Way of the Horse as a profound journey of self-discovery and transformation. With horses as your inspiration and guides, you will learn skills for increasing self-awareness, accessing inner peace, and developing an approach to life that enables you to live deeply and awaken to your life’s purpose. May 19-22, 2012 and May 26-29, 2012, Epona Advanced Instructor and Senior Faculty Member, Shelley Rosenberg will be facilitating Riding into Your Mutual Relationship in Carezzano, Italy. This unique and powerful workshop applies the Epona Approach principles to working directly with horses, taking into consideration the physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual dimensions of both species. A special summer edition of Black Horse Wisdom will be offered by Linda Kohanov at Epona at Eagle Way in Amado, AZ June 28 – July 1, 2012. This powerful advanced workshop will take place from noon to 8:00 p.m. daily and is intended for people who would like to exercise their intuitive abilities through reflective and active engagement with horses, journeying, and interactions with mythic equine images and archeytpes. In this special version of Black Horse Wisdom leading up to the full moon participants will get to do some work with horses in the moonlight. An introductory workshop has been scheduled just prior to this workshop for those interested in participating who have not yet completed the prerequisite. All of these workshops meet the requirements are application to the Epona Apprenticeship program. Applications are now being accepted for the 2012 program which begins with Session I: Saturday, November 3 – Sunday, November 11, 2012.
