Workshops are limited to a specific number of participants due to facility size and number of facilitators required; therefore the payment policy is as follows:

All fees must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made. A refund of 50% will be made with a 30 day notice of cancellation. There will be no refund with less than 30 day notice due to inability to fill the space. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
