While you are with us in beautiful Costa Rica we will be trekking in the jungle with the most beautiful, well trained horses in all of Costa Rica. During Eat, Pray, Ride you will discover what truly makes you motivated to be your best self. You will learn Eponaquest tools such as the body scan. We will practice living in an authentic community. We spend time during the ride doing a meditation in silence. You will have time to journal, photograph and enjoy the culture we are guests in. Costa Rica, Leaves and Lizards retreat is a farm to table retreat center. The professional riding guides are excellent at their jobs, and love to show you how to be a better partner with your horse.
