Ten full scholarships have just been made available to Linda Kohanov’s Ohio one-day workshop on June 28!
We’re excited to report that her seminar “The Power Beyond Nonviolence: Horse Sense for Challenging Times” has been the recipient of a gift from Tom and Musa Mayer, through Pat and Faith Morgan. “Faith is organizing my events in Ohio next week,” Linda says. “She reached out to the Mayers and they offered to sponsor ten people to attend my one-day workshop, which takes place between Columbus and Dayton, in Yellow Springs, Ohio. This includes lunch and materials. We will learn how to better understand people and animals who act out in aggressive or fearful ways, and we will learn skills for helping ourselves and others diffuse potentially volatile situations in order to work together more effectively at home, school, work, and in social activism contexts.”

There are also two spaces left in the small group equine facilitated intensive (five people only) Linda is leading on the same subject, which will include the one-day seminar on the 28th, with two additional days of equine-facilitated activities on the 29 and 30th.
